Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Antigua and Barbuda, Winston Baldwin Spencer, concluded here Thursday his four-day visit to Cuba. During a meeting with Cuban leader Raul Castro on Wednesday, both sides “expressed satisfaction of the current state of bilateral relations.”
