It’s been a weird winter in the Atlantic. Back in December, it was all we could do to stay on top of the frequent swells — big honking south swells in the Mid-Atlantic, crazy refraction events off South Florida, thundering norths barging through the Caribbean, and snowstorm waves up in New England….
