LONDON, Nov. 17 (UPI) — A Singapore-operated chemical tanker with 28 North Korean crew members has been hijacked by Somali pirates off the Seychelles Islands, military officials say.
A European Union naval force patrolling the waters off Somalia said Tuesday that a chemical tanker with 28 North Korean crew had become the latest in a string of ships commandeered by Somali pirates.
