Capitalizing on two Wisconsin errors in the second inning after the bases were loaded, the Peoria Chiefs scored three unearned runs en route to their fifth win in a row Friday night.   Starting pitcher Frank Batista (2-2) earned the victory, but it was the work of the Chiefs bullpen, which blanked the Timber Rattlers for the final four innings, that clinched the victory.
