ALEXANDRIA (Egypt): Hosts Egypt beat Trinidad and Tobago 4-1 in the Under-20 World Cup opener, with Hussam Arafat scoring twice on Thursday. Striker Afroto gave Egypt the lead in the 30th minute at the Egyptian Army stadium, but Jean-Luc Rochford equalised six minutes later.
